Fr. Deacon James, shown here with his wife and daughter, is uniquely qualified to design worship facilities being both an architect and ordained in the Holy Orthodox Church. He has provided design services for numerous church facilities including several Orthodox Churches and two monasteries. In addition to functioning as primary architect, he has also been retained as an architectural/liturgical consultant. As an architect and a member of the clergy, Fr. Deacon James has a working and functional knowledge of what is required for the proper administration of the various services of the Holy Orthodox Church and how to translate those requirements into eminently usable and beautiful spaces.
