From 1997-2000 during the expansion of the Hi Tech industry, served as President of a subsidiary of CNA Architects (Collins Woerman Architects). Represented clients in the marketplace as an “Outsourced Vice-President” in charge of real estate and expansion providing the following growth management integrated services:

During this time, in addition to successful cost effective build-outs, accomplished the following:
Saved a client a total of $768,000
Assessed potential space that uncovered hidden HVAC expansions costs estimated at over $150,000, and then helped the client find another space.
Redesigned a 25,000 sf space plan increasing its efficiency by 20% and saving
$126,000 on a 5 year lease.
Delineated three alternative growth strategies for an expanding bio tech company, supplying a precise cost estimate for each, allowing them to make the most cost effective decision for expansion.

InfoWave Software – Functioned as the sole representative in the US Market for a Canadian company opening offices in the Seattle area. Located and outfitted temporary space for 15 people, and established permanent space for 100.
